Transformer Dryout
Further to the completion of transformer repair / refurbishment at site, AGECO International FZE, with its expertise knowledge, coupled with knowhow and long run experience, has developed a highly specialized program for dry-out process which removes excess moisture from transformer paper insulation and insulating oil.
During the transformer dryout process, AGECO International FZE continuously monitor the evolution of the dryness with our specific equipment to ensure to reach 2% of moisture content for new transformer as per IEC standard.
For aged transformer, AGECO International FZE will adapt the dryout process to the actual transformer condition in order to avoid the excess dryness of the active part and in consequence the looseness/de-clamping of the windings which will gradually arise and finally to lead to transformer failure.
Our equipment is a stand-alone system, as modules are integrated into our existing oil purification systems.
OUR OIL DRYOUT EQUIPMENTS ARE FREE OF PCBs.
